We are proud to share an inside look at US‑CHI‑1, one of our facilities built to deliver unmatched performance, resilience, and scalability for our customers worldwide. Spanning approximately 7,500 square meters, this centre houses more than 25,000 active servers across over 3,000 racks, supporting an average traffic throughput of around 2-4 terabits per second.


Engineered for Continuous Power


Power reliability is at the heart of US‑CHI‑1. With a total power capacity of 4 MW, backed by 10 MW of installed generator capacity and multiple UPS systems, the facility is designed to ensure uninterrupted operations even under demanding conditions. This robust infrastructure guarantees that customer workloads remain secure and continuously available.

Connected to the World


Connectivity is equally resilient. The facility is equipped with eight diverse underground fiber entry points and approximately 18 peering points, enabling strong interconnection and global reach. This diversity ensures that customers benefit from low latency, high availability, and seamless access to networks worldwide.

Behind the technology is a dedicated team of more than six technicians working in shifts to provide comprehensive monitoring and proactive maintenance. Their expertise ensures that every system runs smoothly, reinforcing our commitment to operational excellence and customer trust.
