Responsibilities

• Learning to set up, configure, and administer hardware, software, and network components.
• Assisting in troubleshooting system issues, performing network diagnostics, and resolving technical glitches.
• Supporting the team in managing cloud platforms, server environments, and user permissions.
• Participating in the installation, rollout, and maintenance of client workplaces and servers.
• Helping document IT processes, network topologies, and support tickets in our management tools.
• Collaborating with internal teams and supporting end-users with daily technical queries.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma or high school diploma (Realschulabschluss or Abitur) with strong results in mathematics, IT, or physics.
• High passion for computers, server technologies, cloud systems, and modern IT hardware.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network fundamentals is a plus.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Good team player with reliable communication skills.
• Good knowledge of German and English (both written and spoken).
