Responsibilities
- Defining and executing the company's overall technology roadmap, architecture, and innovation strategy.
- Leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing engineering, infrastructure, and cyber security teams.
- Driving the continuous modernizing and optimization of our cloud solutions, products, and operational processes.
- Ensuring industry-leading standards for data security, compliance, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Managing the technology budget, resource allocation, and strategic vendor and partner relationships.
- Collaborating with executive leadership to align technical capabilities with commercial business goals.
- Representing the technical vision of the company to key enterprise clients, board members, and industry partners.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA or executive leadership background is a plus).
- Proven track record in a senior technical executive role (e.g., CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Infrastructure) in a fast-paced cloud or tech environment.
- Deep technical expertise in cloud architecture, distributed systems, cyber security, and scalable infrastructure design.
- Strong business acumen with a proven ability to translate complex technology concepts into business value.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building and managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Complete fluency in English (written and spoken), with German language skills being a strong asset.
