Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive penetration tests on web applications, APIs, network infrastructure, and cloud environments.
- Performing vulnerability assessments and threat modeling to identify potential security risks.
- Developing and executing customized exploit scripts and testing methodologies.
- Documenting technical findings and writing detailed, actionable security reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Providing clear remediation guidance and collaborating with development and IT teams to fix identified vulnerabilities.
- Staying up to date with the latest threat landscape, hacking techniques, and security research.
Qualifications
- Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience and proven track record).
- Relevant industry certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CISSP, eWPT, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, web application security, and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and exploit development.
- Deep familiarity with standard security tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, and Wireshark.
- Analytical mindset with strong communication skills in English.
