Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive penetration tests on web applications, APIs, network infrastructure, and cloud environments.
  • Performing vulnerability assessments and threat modeling to identify potential security risks.
  • Developing and executing customized exploit scripts and testing methodologies.
  • Documenting technical findings and writing detailed, actionable security reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Providing clear remediation guidance and collaborating with development and IT teams to fix identified vulnerabilities.
  • Staying up to date with the latest threat landscape, hacking techniques, and security research.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience and proven track record).
  • Relevant industry certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CISSP, eWPT, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, web application security, and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and exploit development.
  • Deep familiarity with standard security tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, and Wireshark.
  • Analytical mindset with strong communication skills in English.
