At ECSO CLOUD, we build tools to make our own daily work easier and more efficient. Over time, we have developed a handful of internal microservices that we rely on every day. Recently, we thought that why should we keep them all to ourselves? So we are excited to open up a few of these developer tools to the public, completely free of charge. You can check them out right now at
https://free.ecso.cloud/ .
Available Endpoints
To kick things off, we are starting with two simple, high performance API endpoints that you can plug into your projects immediately. First is our AI API
https://free.ecso.cloud/ai , which lets you tap into an AI model for text tasks or chat without jumping through the hoops of complex sign ups. Alongside it is our Translator API
https://free.ecso.cloud/translate , a lightweight tool built for quick, automated text translations and localization.

Truly Free Without Hidden Costs
When we say these are free, we mean it. There are no hidden fees or surprise paywalls. Since these tools already run on the infrastructure we use for our own daily operations, we simply have the extra room to spare and we are happy to pass that along to the developer community.
Privacy & Hosting
Even though it is free, we are not cutting any corners when it comes to privacy. In line with strict German data protection standards, your data stays entirely yours. We do not log, track or save any of your input queries or the answers the API generates. On top of that, every single request is processed exclusively on our own servers physically located right here in Germany.
Uptime & Support
Because this is a free public utility rather than a paid commercial service, it does not come with a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA). We can not guarantee perfect uptime or maximum speed 24/7, but it does run on the exact same reliable infrastructure that keeps our own business moving.
Get Started
Whether you are testing out a quick prototype, working on a fun side project or just need a secure endpoint to test some code against, the gateway is ready for you. Take a look at the endpoints at
https://free.ecso.cloud/ and see how they work for you!
