Responsibilities

Assisting the IT support team with day-to-day operations (1st and 2nd level support)
Receiving and processing support requests via email and the ticket system
Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software
Analyzing and resolving issues in collaboration with experienced colleagues
Documenting IT processes and support cases
Collaborating on internal IT projects and rollouts

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
Interest in network technologies, cloud services, and IT security
Previous experience in IT support is a plus, but not required
Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with people
