Responsibilities
- Assisting the IT support team with day-to-day operations (1st and 2nd level support)
- Receiving and processing support requests via email and the ticket system
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software
- Analyzing and resolving issues in collaboration with experienced colleagues
- Documenting IT processes and support cases
- Collaborating on internal IT projects and rollouts
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Interest in network technologies, cloud services, and IT security
- Previous experience in IT support is a plus, but not required
- Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with people
